Faced with global and national layoff woes, Workforce Singapore wanted to help Singaporeans adopt an agile career attitude.

Our insight? Habits hold power.

The routines that keep us stagnant can be rewritten into a rhythm of career growth.

This integrated campaign informed and educated the public about healthy career habits, complete with a catchy sound-driven film.

In it, three protagonists endure the mundane beat of everyday work life… until Workforce Singapore shows them the keys to progression.
