What if the best thing we can do for our loved ones, is nothing?
Faced with a new, budget-brand competitor, Singtel wanted to reduce customer churn by reminding them that you can put a price tag on some things, but family is downright priceless.
We convinced customers to stay with social posts, digital banners, OOH ads, and vox pop interviews featuring celeb DJs — making the country rethink a discount plan… and stick to the one they could count on.
